Superior thermoforming performance:

PETG sheet is easy to produce products with complex shape and large drawing ratio. Moreover, unlike PC board and impact modified acrylic, this kind of board does not need to be pre dried before hot forming. Compared with PC board or acrylic, it has shorter forming cycle, lower temperature and higher yield.

Toughness:

Extruded sheets of PETG sheets are generally 15 to 20 times tougher than general purpose acrylic and 5 to 10 times tougher than impact modified acrylic. PETG plates have sufficient bearing capacity during processing, transportation and use, which helps prevent cracking.

Weatherability:

PETG plate provides excellent weather resistance. It can keep the tenacity of the product and prevent it from yellowing. It contains UV absorber, which can be co extruded into a protective layer to protect the board from the harmful effects of UV.

Simple processing:

PETG plates can be sawed, die cut, drilled, punched, sheared, riveted, milled and cold bent without breaking. Slight scratches on the surface can be eliminated with a hot-air gun. Solvent bonding is also a routine procedure. It is easier to process than general acrylic, impact resistant modified acrylic or PC board, and can be processed by flocking, electroplating, static electricity, etc.

Excellent chemical resistance:

PETG sheets can withstand a variety of chemicals and commonly used detergents.

Environment protection:

●Packing

30ml PET/PETG bottles are securely packed: 40 pieces per bag, 10 bags per carton. All items are packaged in corrugated cartons. Outer cartons are marked with product name, specification, quantity, net weight, gross weight, volume and other details. Pallet packing can be arranged upon customer request.

●Storage

The products can be stored indoors under clean and tidy normal ambient conditions.

●Transportation

This product can be shipped by sea, air or train. Do not drop the goods during loading and unloading; items are first packed into inner bags, then placed into outer corrugated cartons.
